PSI Cleaning and Restoration, Inc.® has been in operation since April 4, 2005. We are a certified company by the Institution of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We are licensed and certified in water, fire, mold, smoke, odor control, lead abatement, trauma clean up and asbestos abatement. We are members of the Mid-South Professional Cleaners Association (MSPCA). PSI Cleaning and Restoration, Inc.® are locally based in Prince William County in Woodbridge, VA. We serve the entire metropolitan area with 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week. Our climate controlled warehouse and office facility has over 8,000 square feet. We are currently using the Xactimate® computer software for automated estimates.

Carl Purcell, Jr. is the owner and founder of PSI Cleaning and Restoration, Inc.® He has extensive experience in the cleaning and restoration field. He has gained over 14 years of experience while working with two of the largest cleaning and restoration franchises in the country prior to starting his own business. Carl has incorporated the best concepts, processes, and procedures from all of his work experience and knowledge to create PSI Cleaning and Restoration, Inc.®
